Daxchain OÜ has suspended the provision of all crypto-asset services following the expiry of its previous virtual currency service authorisation.

Daxchain is currently not accepting new clients, opening new accounts or providing any transactional crypto-asset services. Registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, exchange and other transactional functionality are unavailable.

Daxchain OÜ has submitted an application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). Services will remain unavailable unless and until the required authorisation has been granted.

This website is maintained for informational, corporate and client-support purposes only.

Daxchain continues to provide administrative support to existing and former clients in relation to their previous accounts and activities carried out before the suspension of services.

If you require information concerning your account history, previous transactions, statements, supporting documents or other historical account information, please contact our Support Team at support@daxchain.eu.

Please provide sufficient information to allow us to identify your account and process your request. Additional verification may be requested where necessary to protect personal and account information.

Daxchain does not currently provide deposit, withdrawal, transfer or exchange services as part of its ordinary business activities.

Where any action is required solely for the purpose of an orderly wind-down or the safeguarding, return or transfer of assets belonging to an existing or former client, such requests will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

If you believe that you have assets or funds requiring return or transfer, please contact support@daxchain.eu and provide the relevant account and transaction details.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions where applicable.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of a previous service, account-related matter, wind-down request or any other interaction with Daxchain OÜ, you may submit a complaint to us.

Please include sufficient information to identify the matter concerned and describe the circumstances of your complaint.

Daxchain will review complaints in accordance with its applicable internal complaints-handling procedures and legal requirements.

Daxchain OÜ continues to process and retain personal data where necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual and record-keeping obligations.

Personal data relating to existing and former clients remains protected in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and Daxchain's Privacy Policy.
